Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our products and/or membership. If you have any technical questions, please review our resources or open a support ticket here. If you can not access your account, please email support@honorswp.com.

We do offer a refund of your purchase within 14 days.

However, we do require that you contact our support staff to see if your issue can be resolved first.

We do refund if you:

  1. Have contacted support, and we were not able to resolve the issue.
  2. Plugin/product conflict is related to Honors WP code.
  3. Agree to relinquish ownership of your license.
  4. Are within 14 days of your enrollment or purchase date.

We don’t do refunds for any of the following:

  1. Plugin conflict not related to Honors WP code.
  2. You feel that a product is missing feature(s).
  3. Requesting a refund without giving our support team a chance to help first.
  4. We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals or memberships.
  5. You are using an old version of our plugin, as we do not support outdated versions.

Honors WP has the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy, and we have the right to update our refund policy at any time without notice.
