Submit a Support Ticket

Support is for users with active license keys only. We also recommend checking the documentation before opening a support ticket.

Please provide the following information in the message section below:

  • A test login (admin) we can use on a staging site.
  • The URL where the issue is occurring.
  • FTP/SFTP credentials in the event the issue is code-related.
  • How to replicate the issue you are experiencing.
  • LearnDash support system txt file
