Frequently Asked Questions

How long is my license valid for?

Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and you will receive updates and support when needed. After the first year, your license will renew through recurring payments or you may choose to cancel. Upon cancellation, you can still use the plugins and templates you chose, but you won’t receive future updates or ongoing support.

How do I get plugin updates?

You will get update notifications in your WordPress dashboard where you can download the latest updates. We DO NOT recommend having plugins set to automatically update. Click here for steps on how to update our plugins.

How do I install the plugins?

Refer to our Documentation Page for instructions.

Why am I seeing a blank screen in the back end?

Make sure you are using PHP 5.6 or higher.

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available from 10 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday (EDT – 4). You will get the fastest response and resolution during our support hours. Support tickets submitted after 9 pm on Fridays may get a delayed response.

If you experience time-out issues and the import process stalls, please be sure your server parameters are set to the minimum values we recommend below.

If you have updated your server parameters and the import process continues to stall, please attempt the Resume function to start the process again.

Transfer relies on the sfwd-questions custom post type to migrate LearnDash quiz questions. You must be using this custom post type, otherwise, the migration won’t work correctly.
