Hi,
I’ve had to switch off the plugin temporarily as each time it’s activated the load on the server goes through the roof. Is there a way to stop the chat from refreshing unless someone is actively using it? It appears that the refresh is happening when a student has a learndash page open even if the chat tab isn’t active.Thanks
